First Daughter Owes IRS $ 5,000

According to USA Today, Ivanka Trump's jewelry business owes about $5,000 in unpaid sales taxes in the state of New York. She has received a tax warrant on Jan. 27 filed by the New York's Taxation Department.

I want to believe that she probably was too busy and forgot to pay her taxes because after all, who else has been attending all the other events hosted by White House and ceremonies meant to be participated by First Lady rather than First Daughter?

All jokes aside, now that the her father has become the President, Ivanka Trump should really be careful with each step she takes when having the public think of her as whether a business figure or an influential voice close to the POTUS. Owing $5,000 in taxes, especially when you married to a billionaire, to the same government that your father works for just shows how immature Ivanka Trump is, unless it was done intentionally.
